The Role

Our Commercial Litigation and Dispute Resolution team collaborates with clients, offering practical solutions for a diverse range of commercial dispute claims. Our matters range from simple contract matters to complex high-profile commercial disputes, ranging from the Local Court of New South Wales and NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal to the Supreme Courts and Federal Courts throughout Australia.

Following the merger of Hicksons and Hunt&Hunt we currently have an exciting opportunity for a Solicitor to join our growing team.

What You Offer:

We are looking for a Solicitor who will bring energy and innovation to Hicksons| Hunt & Hunt. The ideal candidate will have:

• 3+ years’ PQE experience and a background or interest in litigation, disputes or insolvency
• A team-based attitude and approach to work
• Possess a high level of enthusiasm and a strong desire to continuously learn and grow within the role
• An interest in being part of a collaborative team that works together and supports each other in achieving all of our goals together
• Strong drafting and communication skills
• Willingness to participate and enhance your business development skills
• Excellent time management skills
• An ability to build effective working relationships with clients
