Special Counsel / Senior Associate: Disputes & Litigation (Commercial/Corporate, Defamation, or Estates)

About the role:

• Manage a variety of commercial litigation matters from start to finish (with the opportunity to specialize in a specific area of litigation, if desired)
• Draft court documents, brief counsel and attend court proceedings
• Advise high-net-worth clients and corporates on a range of commercial disputes
• Contribute to growing the practice
• Mentor junior lawyers

The ideal candidate:

• 5–15+ years PQE in litigation
• Strong drafting, advocacy, and negotiation skills
• Proven ability to manage complex matters and client relationships
• Thrives in a fast-paced, expanding environment
• True leadership and mentoring skills
