About the role:

• Confidently and efficiently manage a workload of commercial litigation and/or insolvency matters with appropriate supervision.
• Drafting court documents, advice and correspondence.
• Appear at courts, tribunal, mediations and settlement conferences and negotiate of commercial outcomes.

The ideal candidate:

• 3+ years PQE in commercial litigation and dispute resolution and/or insolvency.
• The ability to work autonomously at a high level.
• Exceptional communication skills and attention to detail.
• The ability to liaise and communicate competently with clients and all parties, managing their requirements & expectations.
• The ability to multi-task, prioritise and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
