Customer Service Team Member
United Office Choice is a South Australian owned office supplies company and is the largest independent dealer in the state. We are fiercely competitive on price and offer exceptional customer service combined with comprehensive stock holdings and well executed marketing programs. With our head office in Adelaide and a defined focus on our local economy, we offer a dynamic and competitive work environment.
We seek a Customer Service team member to join our Adelaide team working closely with both our Customer Service team and Account Managers to provide a high level of service and support to our valued client base, ensuring every interaction exceeds the client’s expectations.
Essential Skills:
- High attention to detail.
- Can communicate effectively.
- Punctual, hardworking, highly motivated, and organised.
- Optimistic and positive approach, able to overcome obstacles or setbacks.
- Demonstrate effective planning, prioritising, and organisational skills.
Your daily activities will include:
- Liaise with clients via phone and emails providing any needed updates.
- Inbound telephones sales and support.
- Processing sales orders.
- Maintaining and updating client database.
- Providing quotes and special pricing.
- Assist in resolving client and supplier issues to deliver positive outcomes.
- General office duties.
