Cleaner Supervisor - Redbank Plaza

Trident Services Australia is seeking a Retail Cleaning Supervisor to support the Regional Manager with the day-to-day cleaning operations at Redbank Plaza.

This is a hands-on supervisory role suited to an experienced cleaner who is ready to take the next step in their career. You’ll support the cleaning team, help coordinate daily tasks and rosters, maintain high cleaning standards, and ensure a safe and professional environment across the site.

• Coordinate daily cleaning duties and provide support to cleaning team members

• Perform general cleaning duties across amenities, food courts, car parks and waste areas as required

• Monitor cleaning standards and report any issues to management

• Assist with minor roster adjustments and task allocation

• Support the team to meet daily cleaning requirements and site standards

• Identify and report hazards, incidents and maintenance issues

• Maintain WHS requirements and professional communication with team members and management

• Previous cleaning experience is essential, preferably within a retail or commercial environment

• Minimum 1 year's supervisory or team leadership experience in any industry

• Reliable, proactive and physically capable of performing hands-on cleaning duties

• Strong communication and organisational skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high cleaning standards

• Police Check or willingness to obtain one

• Unlimited Australian working rights

• QLD Driver's Licence

• Availability to work Sunday to Thursday, 6:30am – 2:36pm

• First Aid Certificate - desirable
