Business Development Manager

We are looking for a full-time Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our expanding property management department.

The successful candidate will focus on building and nurturing relationships with landlords and clients alike.

The Role

We are dedicated to growing our property management division and are looking for a professional team member to work with us to drive new management growth and build upon our existing presence throughout the Hervey Bay greater region.

As Business Development Manager (BDM), you’ll be at the forefront of driving business expansion, nurturing client connections and identifying avenues for growth within our office.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to acquire managements and grow market share

• Coordinate and conduct property appraisals and landlord presentations

• Report on all growth activities

• Database management

• Deliver exceptional customer service and relationship management

• Manage the process from lead generation through to signed management agreements

• Build referral partnerships with property professionals

About You:

• Queensland Real Estate certificate or licence is a necessity

• Valid driver's licence required

• Previous experience in real estate is desirable, however not mandatory as training will be provided

• Professional in presentation and communication

• Exceptional organisational, time management and follow-up skills

• Ability to work autonomously while operating in a team environment

• High level of self-motivation

• Excellent networking and relationship-building skills

• Comfortable with negotiation

• Demonstrate respect and integrity when dealing with others
