Warehousing/Production & Administration Assistant

About The Role

CCD Animal Health and AusPac Ingredients are seeking to appoint a full-time team member to assist our warehousing/production and customer service teams, an exciting opportunity requiring an organised and punctual candidate.

Reporting to the Business Services Manager, our new Administration Assistant's key responsibilities will be:

• Picking and packing orders

• Gneral warehousing duties

• Processing customer orders

• Arranging transport of outward orders

• Providing excellent customer service

About You

Our ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, experience in a warehousing and production environment, skills in customer service, and be able to work as part of an efficient and effective team. They will maintain a high level of professional communication with all stakeholders and manage their workload effectively in the face of competing priorities.

Applicants must have:

• Experience in warehousing and production

• Experience in a customer service

• The ability to work both in teams and autonomously, whilst communicating information effectively to colleagues

• Experience working with Microsoft Office Suite 

• Outstanding interpersonal skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Resilience and the ability to work with competing priorities, whilst maintaining a high attention to detail

• Ability to be flexible in high-pressure scenarios, and able to adapt quickly and efficiently to change

• Ability to complete repetitive data entry work with a high level of accuracy

• Experience with accounting software such as MYOB Acumatica preferable
