Electrification Manager

Melbourne BMW, a flagship BMW dealership and part of Autosports Group, is seeking a highly experienced Electrification Manager to drive the continued growth and success of BMW’s electrified vehicle sales.

This is a senior selling manager position for someone who brings a wealth of knowledge and a proven track record in the EV automotive retail sales sector. With the arrival of BMW’s groundbreaking Neue Klasse marking an important new chapter in the brand’s electrification strategy, the successful candidate will play a key role in strengthening sales performance, building customer confidence and supporting the broader Sales team.

About the Role

As the Electrification Manager, you will combine your sales expertise, EV knowledge and passion for premium customer service to drive sales of BMW’s electrified vehicle range.

You will manage customers throughout the complete sales journey—from initial enquiry through to vehicle presentation, negotiation, delivery and ongoing ownership support. You will also serve as a trusted source of EV knowledge for the wider Sales team, helping to build capability and confidence across the dealership.
