If you are an experienced chef looking for more balance, a stable full-time role and the chance to step into a genuine leadership position, this could be the opportunity for you. We are looking for a motivated Chef 2IC to support the Head Chef and help lead our friendly kitchen team at the RAAFA Club in Merriwa. The Club is the heartbeat of the estate, offering contemporary function rooms, meeting spaces and a relaxed dining experience for members and guests. You will have the opportunity to take ownership, support a positive team culture and build your career with an established not-for-profit organisation that values its people.
