Our client is a large, well-established Financial Planning firm with a strong national footprint and a reputation for delivering high-quality, client-focused advice. As part of its strategic expansion, the firm has recently established a new office on Brisbane’s northside, currently supported by a junior Financial Planner and senior advisers from head office who provide technical, compliance and strategic oversight.  

To accelerate growth, the firm is seeking a Business Development Manager / Senior Financial Advisor to take a lead role in building the Brisbane presence, driving new business, and converting opportunities into sustainable fee growth.  

This senior position blends hands-on advisory work with a strong business development mandate, including developing referral networks, expanding the client base, mentoring junior staff as the office grows and contributing to the long-term direction of the branch.  

The ideal candidate will be an experienced senior financial advisor with a proven track record in business development, strong relationship management skills and the appropriate Australian financial planning qualifications and regulatory compliance.
