Senior Financial Planner Seeking Partnership - Toowoomba – Multi-Office Advisory Firm – Up To $200K

Our client is a highly regarded multi-office advisory firm servicing families, professionals, agribusinesses and regional enterprises across Southeast and Western Queensland. With a strong existing fee base and a reputation for quality advice, the firm continues to expand its financial planning division to meet increasing demand. 

They are now seeking a Financial Planner, with a focus on business development and generating new fee growth. Whilst the firm has a large existing client base, current fee allocations are fully covered by the adviser from another office, who is at capacity and relies primarily on referrals rather than proactive business development. This new planner will therefore play a key role in expanding the firm’s footprint by bringing in new clients, developing professional referral partnerships and driving new revenue. 

In this role, you will meet clients face-to-face, provide holistic wealth strategies and establish long-term financial plans. You will be supported by an experienced team and a well-established brand, but success in this position will require strong business development capability and the confidence to grow your own book. 

There may be greater internal fee allocations available in the future should senior leadership capacity shift, but in the short term the role is designed for a planner who thrives on building new relationships and generating fresh opportunities.
