Scotch & Fillet Butchers is seeking enthusiastic Apprentice Butchers to join our dynamic team across our five locations in Melbourne.

About Us:

At Scotch & Fillet, we pride ourselves on traditional butchery practices. Our skilled team is dedicated to teaching you the art of butchery, ensuring you receive comprehensive training aligned with TAFE.

What You'll Learn:

- Full carcass butchery techniques

- Traditional methods—not just slicing box meat

- Sausage and smallgoods production

- Fish filleting and preparation

Requirements:

- No prior work experience needed

- A positive attitude and eagerness to learn

- Must be a permanent resident of Australia

- Minimum age of 16 years required

- Year 10 or equivalent education level required

By the end of your apprenticeship, you'll be equipped with a diverse skill set, ready to manage your own shop.
