As our Strata Team Leader, you will:

• Lead, mentor and support a team of strata professionals to achieve service excellence.

• Build strong client relationships and provide trusted advice on strata governance and operations.

• Support the team in managing complex matters and resolving challenges effectively.

• Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, by-laws and industry standards.

• Drive proactive strategies that improve service delivery and community-living outcomes.

• Encourage accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement across the team.

You will bring:

• A minimum of five years’ strata management experience and strong knowledge of relevant legislation and industry practices.

• Demonstrated ability to lead, coach and inspire others.

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

• A proactive, practical and solutions-focused approach.

• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.

• A genuine commitment to delivering exceptional client service and positive community outcomes.
