About the opportunities
You will work alongside an experienced culinary leadership team across a variety of restaurant, bar, events and colleague dining experiences.
Depending on your role and experience, your responsibilities may include:Preparing and presenting dishes consistently and to a high standardSupporting daily mise en place and kitchen operationsMaintaining food safety, hygiene and cleanliness standardsManaging your section during serviceSupporting stock control, ordering and waste reductionCollaborating with culinary and food and beverage colleaguesContributing ideas, energy and a genuine sense of hospitalityHelping create a positive, respectful and inclusive kitchen culture
About youYou may be building your culinary career or ready to take the next step. What matters most is your attitude, curiosity and commitment to your craft.
You will ideally bring:Previous experience in a professional kitchenRelevant cookery qualifications or equivalent industry experienceStrong knowledge of food safety and kitchen hygieneThe ability to remain calm and organised during busy servicesA collaborative and respectful approachFlexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidaysA genuine passion for food, produce and memorable guest experiencesMUST ALREADY HAVE WORKING RIGHTS FOR AUSTRALIA
