About the opportunities

You will work alongside an experienced culinary leadership team across a variety of restaurant, bar, events and colleague dining experiences.

Depending on your role and experience, your responsibilities may include:

• Preparing and presenting dishes consistently and to a high standard

• Supporting daily mise en place and kitchen operations

• Maintaining food safety, hygiene and cleanliness standards

• Managing your section during service

• Supporting stock control, ordering and waste reduction

• Collaborating with culinary and food and beverage colleagues

• Contributing ideas, energy and a genuine sense of hospitality

• Helping create a positive, respectful and inclusive kitchen culture

About you

You may be building your culinary career or ready to take the next step. What matters most is your attitude, curiosity and commitment to your craft.

You will ideally bring:

• Previous experience in a professional kitchen

• Relevant cookery qualifications or equivalent industry experience

• Strong knowledge of food safety and kitchen hygiene

• The ability to remain calm and organised during busy services

• A collaborative and respectful approach

• Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays

• A genuine passion for food, produce and memorable guest experiences

• MUST ALREADY HAVE WORKING RIGHTS FOR AUSTRALIA
