Service Desk Coordinator – All IT Services

About The Position

One of our operating companies, All IT Services, is looking for a Service Desk Coordinator to join their team in Brookvale, Sydney.

This is an exciting opportunity for an organised, people-focused professional who enjoys keeping things moving and creating great experiences.

You will be the first point of contact for clients, visitors and suppliers, while coordinating day-to-day office operations and supporting the service delivery team. From managing calls and enquiries to dispatching engineers, coordinating deliveries and supporting new starters, you will be at the heart of the Brookvale office.

No IT experience is required, we are looking for someone with care, initiative, attention to detail and a genuine desire to look after people.

Responsibilities:

• Be the welcoming first point of contact for clients, visitors and suppliers.
• Answer calls, manage enquiries and ensure messages are actioned promptly.
• Coordinate and dispatch engineers for jobs.
• Keep the office, reception and meeting rooms organised and client-ready.
• Manage office supplies, IT stock, deliveries and couriers.
• Support new starter onboarding and office administration.
• Raise purchase orders, process invoices and track expenses.
• Support leadership with meetings, diaries, travel and ad hoc administration.
• Coordinate team events, celebrations and client WOW moments.
