Mobilisation Administrator

We’re seeking two experienced administrators based in Bunbury to join a busy mobilisation team on a short-term contract. This role will support a period of increased activity and is ideal for candidates with a strong background in high-volume mobilisation administration who can hit the ground running.

What You'll Need:

• Previous experience in a high-volume administrative role

• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel; DocuSign and Opal experience highly regarded

• Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Must be able to pass a pre-employment Drug & Alcohol screen.
