This role is key to ensuring effective and accurate data entry to support the teams’ daily workflows.

The Role

• Processing customer orders and raising jobs in Oracle based on supplied drawings and specifications
• Supporting the team to ensure smooth day-to-day workflow and communication.
• Keeping accurate records and maintaining data systems

The Person
Experience is not essential; we’re looking for someone with a positive attitude who is eager to learn and develop. To be successful, you will have:

• Strong communication skills with a friendly and professional approach.
• Good organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel and Outlook).
• A current driver’s licence and reliable transport.
• Experience with Oracle or V6 systems is desirable but not essential.
