About the role

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Data Entry & Administration professional to join our growing team at our Back To Sleep warehouse in Mulgrave, Victoria. This full-time role will involve processing a variety of administrative tasks to support the smooth operations of our busy office. If you have a keen eye for detail and strong skills in data entry and general office administration, we'd love to hear from you.

What you'll be doing

• Providing efficient administrative support, including data entry of customer orders

• Handling client enquiries in a professional and friendly manner via email and phone

• Providing support to our Purchasing, Warehouse & Logistics teams

• General administration tasks

• Maintaining and updating client records

• Supporting the team with ad-hoc tasks as required

• Adhering to all company policies and procedures

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional telephone manner

• Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work independently

• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel and Outlook

• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate records

• A collaborative team player with a positive and proactive attitude

• Australian work rights required for this position
