With continued growth across Australia, we are seeking an experienced and motivated Technical Product Specialist – Flooring Systems to support our expanding operations within the NSW market.

About the Role

This is a hands-on technical product support and customer-facing role focused on delivering product demonstrations, technical training and specialised flooring system support across NSW and surrounding regions.

The role will work closely with distributors, flooring contractors and commercial customers to support the implementation and introduction of specialised flooring systems and technologies within the Australian market.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver technical product demonstrations and customer training sessions
• Provide technical support and application guidance for specialised flooring systems
• Support the rollout and introduction of new flooring technologies and product systems
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, contractors and industry partners
• Conduct regular customer visits and provide on-site technical support where required
• Assist with training centre initiatives, workshops and technical education activities
• Represent the company at trade events and industry functions
• Travel throughout NSW and interstate where required

About You

• Experience in technical sales, flooring systems, construction products or related industries
• Strong communication and customer relationship skills
• Experience delivering technical demonstrations and product training
• Strong technical understanding of flooring systems and installation processes
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Willingness to travel regularly
• Previous experience within flooring systems or construction materials highly regarded
