Kailis Hospitality Group is looking for qualified chefs to join our teams at Gibney and The Shorehouse as we head into summer.

Gibney Winner of Gourmet Traveller's ‘Best Restaurant, WA" Gibney is Perth's most significant restaurant opening in years and the first ever restaurant overlooking South Cottesloe Beach.  Gibney is a high-end brasserie grill that draws inspiration for its menu from classic bistro flavours and service that exudes exclusivity and style; think table-side service, luxurious snacks, a caviar bar and extensive wine list.

The Shorehouse One of Perth's go-to beach side restaurants, is a top 50 WA Good Food Guide venue and AHAWA Restaurant of the Year. This premier beach side venue delivers a relaxed Mediterranean menu with an intense focus on seasonal and local produce with a huge Josper charcoal oven at the heart of the kitchen.

What we need from you?

• Trade qualifications

• At least two years' experience in a similar role

• Availability over summer

• Team player with a passion for your trade

• Thrive in a fast-paced environment

• Food Safety Certification
