Job Profile Summary 

We are seeking a highly skilled Full stack Engineer to deliver advanced system analysis, design, development, and implementation of applications and databases. This role will drive backend optimization, data integration, and secure, scalable architecture aligned with enterprise standards while working closely with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end system analysis, design, development, and implementation of complex applications and databases, including third-party integrations.

• Translate technical specifications into high-quality, tested, and maintainable code for new builds and enhancements.

• Optimize backend systems for performance, scalability, and reliability under varying workloads.

• Drive integration of multiple data sources, APIs, and services to improve system efficiency and data flow.

• Develop and maintain comprehensive backend documentation to support cross-functional understanding.

• Leverage AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude Code) to accelerate

• Manage deployments across development, test, and production environments, including production support and change control processes.

• Mentor junior team members and contribute to technical upskilling across the team.

• Participate in design, code, and testing reviews to ensure quality and compliance with development standards.

• Communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Ensure adherence to IT and Information Security policies and standards.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to special projects as required.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 5+ years in software development, system integration, database design, and backend architecture.

• Bachelor’s degree (B.E./B.Tech) in Computer Science or related field

Technical Skills:

• Strong expertise in backend and API development

• Experience with React/Angular (full-stack exposure preferred)

• Experience with data ingestion and data pipeline development

• Hands-on experience with PySpark and large-scale data processing frameworks

• Solid understanding of database design, SQL, performance tuning, and debugging

• Hands-on experience with AWS services (ECS, Fargate, Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, IAM, CloudFormation)

• Proficiency in CI/CD tools and practices (GitHub, TDD/BDD)

• Experience using AI-assisted coding tools such as GitHub Copilot and Claude Code

• Monitoring and observability tools (Splunk, Honeycomb)

• Strong programming skills in Python

Additional Skills:

• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools (JIRA, Confluence)

• Strong problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement

• AWS Cloud Practitioner certification preferred

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

• Financial services domain knowledge is preferred
