We are seeking an experienced and people-focussed Program Manager to lead our Domestic Violence Crisis Line (DVCL), Safe at Home and Personal Protection App programs. As a key member of the leadership team, you will play an important role in shaping service delivery, driving continuous improvement and supporting the ongoing development of innovative responses to domestic and family violence across South Australia.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Reporting to the Senior Manager, the Program Manager provides strategic and operational leadership across the Domestic Violence Crisis Line, Safe at Home and Personal Protection App programs.

Leading a team of Team Leaders and frontline practitioners, you will ensure the delivery of high-quality, trauma-informed and client-centred services that align with WSSSA's values, practice framework and contractual requirements.

This role offers the opportunity to:

ABOUT YOU

You are a collaborative and values-driven leader who thrives in complex service environments and is motivated by making a genuine difference.

You bring a strong track record of leading people, navigating change and delivering high-quality services while maintaining a focus on both client outcomes and staff wellbeing. You are comfortable balancing strategic priorities with operational demands and can build productive relationships across diverse teams and stakeholder groups.

To be successful, you will demonstrate:

• A degree qualification in Social Work, Psychology, Human Services or a related discipline, and/or equivalent experience relevant to the role
• Experience leading complex programs and multidisciplinary teams within human services or related sectors
• Experience developing, implementing and evaluating programs supporting people impacted by domestic and family violence
• Strong understanding of domestic and family violence risk assessment, safety planning and trauma-informed practice
• Demonstrated ability to engage effectively with diverse communities, including First Nations and culturally and linguistically diverse communities
• Experience across the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, coaching, performance management and workforce development
• Strong communication, stakeholder engagement and relationship building skills
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making and leadership capability

You will also hold, or be eligible to obtain:

• A current Australian Driver's Licence
• DHS Working with Children Check
• National Police Clearance
