About the Role

As our Junior Commercial Property Manager, you'll play an important role supporting our Property Management team while learning every aspect of commercial property management.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with the day-to-day management of commercial properties

• Responding to landlord and tenant enquiries in a professional and timely manner

• Coordinating maintenance requests and contractor works

• Assisting with property inspections, reporting and follow-up actions

• Supporting lease administration, renewals and compliance processes

• Maintaining accurate records within our CRM and property management systems

• Assisting with arrears management and general property administration

• Preparing correspondence, reports and documentation

• Providing operational and administrative support to the Property Management team

About You

You'll be someone who enjoys being organised, communicating with people and solving problems while delivering exceptional customer service.

Ideally you'll have:

• Previous experience in real estate, administration, customer service or a related field

• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

• High attention to detail and the ability to follow structured processes

• Professional presentation and a positive, team-focused attitude

• Confidence using Microsoft Office and learning new software systems

• Experience with property management software or CRM systems (advantageous)

• A genuine desire to build a long-term career in commercial property

• A current QLD Real Estate Registration Certificate, or be willing to obtain one
