Suede Medical is seeking experienced General Practitioners for a hybrid role combining general practice, longevity medicine and proactive wellness care.

Work fully remote, or hybrid. Your choice.

The role is built around telehealth, so you can consult from anywhere in Australia and choose your own days and hours. If you are Sydney based and want time in the room, you can work part of your week in person from our Inner West clinic alongside our nursing and clinical team. Some of our doctors are fully remote, some split their week, and you can change your mind as you go.

There is no on call and no after hours.

Your daily rate is a safety net, not a ceiling.

You start on a guaranteed $1,200 to $1,600 per day while you build your patient base, so your income is protected from day one. Once your billings consistently exceed that, we move you onto a percentage of billings arrangement of 60% to 70%, or an agreed hybrid of base plus percentage, structured with you rather than imposed on you.

You will never be moved onto an arrangement that earns you less than your guarantee.

Billing is hybrid: private and high private for longevity, optimisation and wellness services, with Medicare billing where clinically appropriate.

This is a broader clinical role than standard telehealth general practice. A typical week combines:

• General practice consultations, acute and chronic, delivered by telehealth

• Comprehensive pathology review. This is a significant part of the role. Our patients are worked up properly, and you will be interpreting detailed biomarker panels across metabolic, hormonal, cardiovascular, nutritional and inflammatory markers, then building a clinical picture from them

• Protocol authoring. You set the clinical direction of a patient's program based on their history, goals and pathology, rather than responding to a request for a product

• Longevity and proactive wellness care, including metabolic health, hormone health, sleep, recovery, nutrition and preventative risk reduction

• Peptide and regenerative therapies, prescribed within defined clinical protocols and governance

• Compounded and prescription skin health, working alongside our cosmetic and dermatology-focused nursing team

• Structured program reviews, including scheduled review points, dose decisions and continuation reviews

Your patients arrive prepared. Our nursing team completes the intake and assessment before you see them, so your time goes into clinical reasoning rather than data collection.

• Purpose built longevity software. We have built our own clinical platform rather than bolting longevity care onto a standard practice management system. It tracks each patient's biomarkers over time, holds their protocol and review schedule, surfaces what is due and what has drifted, and gives you the full longitudinal picture in one place. If you have ever tried to run structured preventative care out of a standard GP system, you will understand why this matters

• Established compounding pharmacy partnerships for peptide, hormone and compounded therapies, with defined formulations and reliable supply

• A compounded skin range developed with our clinical team, prescribed alongside in clinic treatments

• A full pathology pathway, with automated result routing so reviews reach you when they are ready rather than when someone remembers

• A clinical support team handling triage, booking, follow up, pathology chasing and repeat coordination

• Funded training in longevity, hormone, metabolic and regenerative medicine. A skill set you keep, not a product induction

• A supported pathway toward peptide prescribing endorsement. We support interested doctors through the training and clinical governance required to practise in this area. Very few Australian practices offer a structured route into it

• An established patient base across our clinic network, with strong internal referral flow

• Clinical governance that holds up to scrutiny. Documented protocols, defined pathways, proper oversight and a treating doctor who makes the clinical decisions. If you have been uneasy about how parts of this sector operate, this will read differently

• Continuity by design. Patients are managed in structured programs with scheduled reviews, so you see the same people over time and see whether what you did worked

• FRACGP or unrestricted VR General Practitioner with current AHPRA registration

• Current professional indemnity insurance

• Genuine interest in preventative, longevity and proactive wellness medicine. Existing experience is welcome but not required, we will train you

• Comfort interpreting detailed pathology and building a clinical picture from it
