About the role

We are looking for a Corporate Immigration Lawyer with 1-2 years PQE to join our growing Sydney team.

This is an opportunity to work across a broad range of immigration matters, primarily focused on corporate migration, while being mentored by experienced practitioners recognised as leaders in the field.

About you

We're looking for someone who is curious, ambitious and committed to becoming an exceptional lawyer.

Technical skills are important, but equally important is your willingness to learn, challenge yourself and continually improve. We believe great legal services are ultimately about creating an outstanding client experience, and that starts with having engaged and motivated lawyers.

 You will have:

• 1-2 years post-admission experience in immigration law

• Strong knowledge of Australian migration law, policy and visa processes

• Experience managing visa applications from commencement through to finalisation

• An understanding of employer-sponsored migration and immigration compliance issues

• Excellent oral and written communication skills including the ability to produce high quality legal documents and correspondence. We are looking for lawyers who understand that the pen is mightier than the sword!

• Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills. Being open minded and curious!

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong commitment to client service and achieving successful outcomes for clients.
