Elmtree Migration Lawyers is a boutique Melbourne migration law firm with an experienced, top tier team. We represent some of the largest regional businesses in Australia including listed and multi-national companies.

Due to our growing practice, we are seeking a qualified, full time Lawyer to assist with:

·        Preparation of employer sponsored visa applications and labour agreement matters

·        Drafting of contracts and supporting documents on behalf of employers and foreign workers

·        Interviewing clients to determine the scope of legal work

·        Providing corporate migration legal advice to large employers

·        Compilation of supporting documents for visa applications

·        Drafting of legal submissions to the Department of Home Affairs and ART

·        Reviewing visa files and supervision of Graduate Lawyer and legal assistants

Applicants must have a Bachelor of Laws and be admitted to practice in the State of Victoria.  Applicants should have strong academics (> credit average), excellent attention to detail, commercial acumen and at least 1 year of post qualification work experience at another migration law firm.
