Audit resident care documentation within the scope of AN-ACC requirements to ensure it is up-to-date, complete, accurately reflects residents' care needs and complies with relevant legislation, standards, policies and procedures.
Maintain effective communication and build business relationships with key stakeholders and AN-ACC assessment organizations.
Review relevant data, reports and documentation to identify opportunities and areas of underperformance; develop and recommend improvement strategies to key stakeholders.
Assist Residential Aged Care Managers and Clinical Directors to identify risks in funding-related processes and documentation and implement risk-mitigation strategies.
You'll thrive in this role if you have:
Experience working in the Aged Care Sector and competence in Nursing Practice.
Demonstrated experience in conducting assessments and developing care plans.
Previous experience in the application of the AN-ACC tool is highly desirable.
Computer literacy and experience using care documentation systems.
