About the role
About the role
Sanctus Brewing Co. is looking for a passionate and reliable chef to join our kitchen team at our brewery in Townsend. We are a busy, community focused venue serving fresh, quality food alongside our locally brewed beers. We are looking for someone who enjoys working in a fast paced kitchen, takes pride in their food and brings a positive attitude to the team.
Key responsibilities
Preparing and cooking meals to a consistently high standard
Working across woodfired pizza section, grill and our main section
Assisting with menu development and bringing fresh ideas to the kitchen
Maintaining food safety, cleanliness and kitchen organisation
Managing preparation, stock rotation and wastage
Working efficiently during busy services
Supporting and communicating with the wider kitchen and venue team
About you
Previous experience working in a busy kitchen
Relevant cookery qualifications must be provided
Reliable, organised and able to work well under pressure
A positive team player with a genuine passion for food
Strong knowledge of food safety and kitchen procedures
Available to work a flexible roster, including weekends
