The Opportunity

FSP Oz Products is looking for an experienced mining professional with strong sales and relationship-building skills to represent our business nationally.

This is a hands-on, field-based opportunity for someone who enjoys working directly with customers, identifying new opportunities and providing practical product solutions.

You'll build and maintain relationships with mining customers, develop new business and represent an established Australian manufacturer across the national mining industry.

This is a field-based role involving extensive national travel, regular mine site visits and face-to-face customer engagement. It is not a home-based or hybrid position.

The successful candidate will be based in NSW or Queensland, or willing to relocate, with the flexibility to travel nationally as required.

What You'll Do

• Manage and grow existing mining customer relationships.

• Develop new business opportunities across Australia.

• Visit mine sites, customers and industry partners.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend practical product solutions.

• Prepare quotations, pricing and product information.

• Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts.

• Monitor customer needs and industry trends.

• Work with our internal team to deliver excellent customer outcomes.

What We're Looking For

• Mining industry experience – essential.

• Sales, account management, business development or technical customer-facing experience highly regarded.

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

• A proactive approach to identifying and developing opportunities.

• Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.

• Good organisational and computer skills.

• Current driver's licence.

• Willingness and ability to travel extensively throughout Australia, including regular mine site visits.
