What is the opportunity? 

We are seeking a Documentation Clerk to join our Documentation and Shipping Team in an entry level role based in our national office in North Sydney and conveniently located a few minutes walk from Victoria Cross and North Sydney stations.

This position will suit an applicant with administration experience looking for a new challenge. We will train you!

The role is responsible for the preparation of export documents for the NH Foods shipping department.  You will be required to liaise with external shipping companies and government departments across several countries that NH Foods export to. 

What skills are we looking for? 

• High attention to detail and accuracy 

• Data entry into a database using speed and precision 

• Filing and archiving 

• Excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to communicate positively with all employees throughout our national company

What experience are we looking for? 

• Competency in the use of technology with a focus on MS Office 

• Demonstrated proficiency in updating internal systems 

• Capability in the preparation of accurate documentation 

• Proven communication skills 

• Comprehensive administration and organisational abilities
