Key Responsibilities

• Develop new B2B customer opportunities and manage existing accounts.
• Prepare proposals, quotes and offer product recommendations.
• Manage sales opportunities through to close.
• Conduct customer visits and showroom appointments.
• Assist with customer escalations and uniform decoration enquiries.
• Maintain customer information in NetSuite and Zendesk.

Skill & Experience

• Experience in B2B sales, business development, account management or a similar customer-facing role.
• Experience preparing quotations and proposals.
• Strong communication, relationship management and organisational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple customer opportunities.
• Experience with CRM/ERP systems is advantageous.
