Set to make a splash on the casual dining scene this summer, Crave Theory is just a few weeks away, from bringing the best of both worlds to the northern suburbs of Perth.

With a key focus on Flavour, Vibes and Community, we are currently assembling a Senior Management Team that will bring our vision to life.

Positions currently available: Head Chef, Pastry Chef (and General Manager)

· Head Chef 100-120k

· Pastry Chef 75-95k

The ideal candidates will be experienced Hospo Superstars, who value an opportunity to perform at their full potential and thrive in a fun and productive environment. While delivering the ultimate dining experience with creativity, flair and passion on every plate.

First and foremost, a Cultural fit is a must, with a mindset to “Inspire, Empower & Improve” the people around you. A proven track record of developing high performance teams, and the ability to demonstrate high level leadership and operational success across a fast-paced environment, within a similar role.
