We’re looking for a Territory Manager to join our Watchman team, where you’ll collaborate with passionate experts, work on cutting‑edge technology, and make a real impact to patient lives.

This role is based in Adelaide and reports directly to the Watchman Business Development Manager. While Adelaide based, we are open to considering applications from candidates located in Western Australia, as this role requires regular travel across Southern and Western Australia (and occasionally other regions) to support business priorities and stakeholder engagement.

What You’ll Do

🔹 Own and execute strategic territory plans to consistently deliver revenue targets, grow market share, and build a sustainable business.

🔹 Act as a trusted partner to clinicians and hospital stakeholders by leveraging deep product expertise, market insights, and collaborative engagement—while representing Boston Scientific’s values and integrity.

🔹 Complete a structured training program and comprehensive onboarding, apply learning in the field, and maintain a high level of product, technical, clinical, and market knowledge on an ongoing basis

🔹 Contribute to meaningful, life‑changing innovations that improve patient outcomes

🔹 Partner with cross‑functional, high performing teams in a fast-paced environment

🔹 Take ownership, solve complex challenges, and grow your career in a purpose led organization

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for a commercially astute and clinically confident professional who thrives in an agile environment:

🔹Experience in medical device sales or clinical support, ideally in cardiology, electrophysiology or ultrasound (echo cardiography) is highly regarded

🔹Ability to build trusted, long‑term relationships and quickly develop clinical and product expertise.

🔹Ability to absorb complex technical information and apply this knowledge in the field

🔹Results‑driven professional with a growth mindset – naturally curious, committed to continuous learning and effective at communicating, prioritising and working both autonomously and within high‑performing teams.
