Customer Service Representative / Concierge

Salary Range: $70000-80000 + performance bonuses 

We're seeking a dynamic Customer Success Specialist/Concierge to become the face of our growing company. This isn't just a customer service role – you'll be a trusted advisor to medical and dental professionals, helping them transform their practices with our innovative solutions.

• Build lasting relationships with medical and dental professionals across Australia and internationally

• Become a product expert on our cutting-edge dental technology solutions

• Drive customer success through proactive support, training, and troubleshooting

• Collaborate cross-functionally with our product, sales, and technical teams

• Process orders and logistics including international shipments with precision

• Create a welcoming environment for visitors

• Contribute to our growth by identifying opportunities to enhance customer experience

Essential:

• 2-3+ years in high touch, concierge-style B2C customer-facing roles

• Experience with CRM systems and customer service software

• Exceptional communication skills (verbal, written, and interpersonal)

• Strong problem-solving abilities and grace under pressure

• Enthusiasm for technology and innovation

• Located in Sydney with reliable transport to Chatswood
