Cook – Pacific Glenwood Roadhouse

Pacific Glenwood Roadhouse is seeking a reliable and experienced Cook to join our team in Glenwood, QLD.

The Role

Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and cooking a range of meals to a consistent standard

• Managing food preparation for daily service

• Maintaining a clean, safe and organised kitchen

• Following food safety and hygiene procedures

• Monitoring stock levels, storage and rotation

• Working efficiently during busy service periods

• Assisting with general kitchen duties as required

About You

We are looking for someone who:

• Has previous experience as a cook or in a commercial kitchen

• Is reliable, punctual and hardworking

• Can work independently and as part of a team

• Works well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

• Has good knowledge of food safety and kitchen hygiene

• Is available for a flexible roster, including weekends and public holidays
