Position Available: We are seeking an Operations Specialist to join our team at Villawood, NSW. This full-time, permanent role is ideal for someone with a positive, can-do attitude and prior experience in transport, particularly with bulk fluids.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan resources, allocate fleet, and coordinate overall transport movements.

• Manage day-to-day operations involving road, rail, and wharf services.

• Ensure timely and effective scheduling with clear communication.

• Plan maintenance with the Workshop/Washbay.

• Liaise with clients and internal key management.

• Prepare relevant transport documentation and paperwork.

• Provide safety-focused leadership.

• Create jobs in our Transport Management System (TMS).

• Assist other team members and departments as needed.

• Prior knowledge of transport and supply chain.

• Reliable, flexible, and team-oriented mindset.

• Proficiency in Microsoft programs.

• Excellent time management skills.
