Administration Assistant- Service Administrator

Generators Australia is the leading supplier of Diesel Generators, Solar and Hybrid Lighting Towers, Hybrid Generators, Lithium Battery Storage Units, Solar Security Cameras, with our core business being the rental and sale of these products, we stock Globe Power designed, engineered and manufactured products providing a variety of equipment solutions to a wide range of Construction, Civil Mining, Services and Event sectors.

We are looking for a Part Time Administration Assistant to join our Yatala branch. This is a perfect role for a working parent as the hours are school friendly 9.30am - 2.30pm

A great opportunity for those that want to enter the service industry and experience a fast-paced and exciting culture. With constant movement of our fleet and dealing with customers, service and transport, there are no two jobs that are the same!

You'll play a key role supporting daily operations in a fast-paced, high-performing team.

What you'll do:

• Provide admin support across hire, sales and service
• Process orders, invoices and customer queries
• Deliver professional service to both internal and external stakeholders

All short listed applicants will be required to complete skills testing for speed and accuracy with their typing prior to being booked to interview.

• Great communication and organisational skills
• Administration experience is essential
• Strong attention to detail and a team-first mindset
• A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
