Store Person/MR Truck Driver

We manufacture and deliver products including water storage tanks, waterless toilet systems, durable general storage containers, underbody gear and water storage, cattle feed troughs, moulded plastic waste entry points and super heavy-duty plastic crane dunnage.

What you will do:

With the expansion of our factory in Stuart, we are looking for yard person and truck driver to support our current store/yard person and truck drivers. The role starts as casual moving to permanent, Tuesday to Saturdays and will cover yard duties, driving the MR truck for customer deliveries with possible overnight stay.   

Position Overview:

• Essential to have a minimum of a Medium Rigid (MR) Licence

• Essential to have a forklift ticket and have a few years’ experience at an operational level.

• Previous experience picking/packing orders.

• Experience in loading/unloading trucks and tie down procedures.

• Experience in using hand tools

• Total Hours of work 30 to 38 hours per per week Tuesday to Saturdays. Any hours above 38 hours and Saturdays  at overtime rates

• Must be customer focused

• Ability to pass a Drug & Alcohol Test prior to commencement and random testing.

• Must be able to follow direction.

• Must have good attention to detail.

• Be physically fit and healthy.

• Ability to communicate effectively in oral and written form.

• Ability to follow defined Work Health and Safety policies and procedures.

• Be able to work within team environments to achieve business objectives.

Qualifications/Skills:

 Forklift (LF) Licence

Medium Rigid (MR) Licence. HR preferable

Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 

Self-motivated and results oriented. 

Ability to work effectively in a team.
