This is not a quiet reception role.

We're a high-energy, fast-paced Chiropractic team looking for exceptional people who are great face-to-face, confident on the phone and motivated by achieving results.

Depending on your strengths, you'll have the opportunity to work across patient care (spinal decompression), phone sales, new patient screening, lead follow-up and clinic operations.

You'll be fully trained and supported - but you must be a quick learner, highly reliable, confident speaking with people and comfortable being accountable to KPIs.

No prior Chiropractic or healthcare experience is required. Full, structured training is provided.

As a Chiropractic Assistant, you'll play a direct role in both the patient experience and growth of the practice.

You'll be the first impression for many of our patients, whether that's welcoming someone into the practice or speaking with a new enquiry over the phone.

We're recruiting for multiple positions across Bonnyrigg and Doonside, and responsibilities may differ depending on your strengths, experience and development.

This role particularly suits someone who:

• Loves people and builds rapport quickly

• Has experience or natural ability in phone sales and customer service

• Learns quickly and takes ownership

Depending on your role and strengths:

• Managing bookings, payments and patient flow

• Calling and following up new patient leads

• Conducting structured patient screening/intake calls

• Managing decompression treatment for patients

• Encouraging consistency and compliance with care

• Driving reviews & referrals

• Assisting with events and community initiatives

This is a people, communication and performance role, not just administration.

• You're high-energy, outgoing and genuinely great with people

• You're comfortable with sales and following procedures

• You enjoy being busy and can move between tasks without losing attention to detail

• You're a quick learner

• You're highly coachable and respond well to feedback

• You're comfortable working towards clear performance expectations and KPIs

Experience in phone sales, customer service, fitness, hospitality, medical/allied-health reception, patient care or other fast-paced customer-facing environments is highly regarded.

Experience in a Chiropractic office is not required.
