What you’ll be doing

This is a varied, hands-on role where no two days are quite the same. You’ll be:

• Welcoming patients and creating a warm, friendly experience

• Answering phones and managing patient enquiries

• Supporting our chiropractors and clinical team

• Helping patients understand and engage with their care

• Managing appointments, payments and day-to-day front desk tasks

• Completing administration and back-office tasks

• Keeping the practice organised, positive and running smoothly

• Working as part of a close-knit team to deliver an exceptional patient experience

Who are we looking for?

We’re looking for someone who is naturally friendly, enthusiastic and confident with people.

You’ll ideally be:

• Warm, bubbly and genuinely enjoy connecting with people

• An excellent communicator with a polished phone manner

• Highly organised and able to juggle multiple tasks

• Reliable, punctual and takes pride in their work

• Confident with technology and quick to learn new systems

• A positive team player who is happy to pitch in and help

• Someone who takes initiative rather than waiting to be told what to do

• Passionate about health, wellness and helping others

Most importantly, we’re looking for the right person — someone who wants to become part of our team, not simply fill a roster.

⏰ Your availability is important

This is a permanent part-time position of approximately 28 hours per week.

The successful applicant must be available for the following shifts:

Monday: 7:30am – 1:30pm
Tuesday: 2:00pm – 7:00pm
Wednesday: 1:00pm – 7:00pm
Thursday: 7:30am – 12:30pm
Friday: 2:00pm – 7:00pm
