Receptionist / Chiropractic Assistant

House of Chiropractic in Albury is looking for an amazing new team member to join our busy, family-focused practice. We’re hiring a Receptionist / Chiropractic Assistant for a unique role that combines creating a great patient experience with front desk responsibilities, including greeting patients, scheduling appointments, answering phones, processing payments, assisting with social media and inhouse marketing.

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Positive, approachable and genuinely loves helping people and families

• Professional, dependable and hardworking, with excellent attention to detail

• A confident, friendly communicator who connects easily with adults, kids and families

• Organised, efficient and a great multitasker who thrives in a busy environment

• Computer confident and quick to learn, with a genuine interest in natural health and being part of a great team

Previous reception, administration or customer service experience is strongly preferred. Experience in a busy allied health practice would be an advantage.

Hours

The position is approximately 33 hours per week. Availability for all hours listed below is essential. Please keep in mind that hours may vary during the initial training period.

Monday: 8:00am–12:00pm & 1:00pm–5:30pm
Tuesday: 7:30am–12:00pm & 1:00pm–5:30pm
Wednesday: 10:00am–1:00pm
Thursday: 7:30am–12:00pm & 1:00pm–5:00/5:30pm
Friday: 7:30am–11:30am
