Our family oriented chiropractic wellness centre is looking for an extraordinary chiropractic assistant/ receptionist to help us change lives in our practice. We are seeking a determined, no excuses team player to join us. We provide comprehensive training and team collaboration so you won't be left high and dry.

DUTIES AND REQUIREMENTS:

- 10-15 hours of casual work across 2-3 shifts 

- Assisting patients with filling out paperwork and any general inquiries 

- Assisting the chiropractor with note taking 

- Taking phone calls 

- Managing patient booking software 

- Managing patient financial accounts and plan end dates 

- Balance income/ cash drawer/ electronic accounts and prepare bank deposits 

- Manage Health insurance questions / Issues 

 - Handle requests for patient accounts and health information

- Scan new patient paperwork into software system

- Help with running reports and statics 

- General practice cleaning
