Asphalt Crew Member- Multiple Roles

Brisbane Water Bitumen is looking for reliable and experienced workers to join our asphalt and civil construction team. We have multiple positions available for the right candidates, including Asphalt Paver Operator, Site Supervisor, Tipper Driver, Skid Steer/Bobcat Operator, and Asphalt Crew Members.

Available PositionsAsphalt Paver Operator

We are looking for an experienced paver operator who can operate asphalt paving machinery safely and efficiently on roadworks, driveways, carparks, patching, and council jobs.

Site Supervisor

We are seeking a hands-on site supervisor to manage daily site operations, coordinate crew members, communicate with clients, ensure safety compliance, and help complete jobs to a high standard.

Tipper Driver

We require experienced tipper drivers for asphalt, road base, milling material, and general civil works. HR/MR licence preferred depending on vehicle type.

Skid Steer / Bobcat Operator

We are looking for a skilled skid steer or Bobcat operator for civil works, site preparation, asphalt jobs, clean-up, loading, and general machine operation.

Asphalt Crew Member

We are looking for reliable asphalt labourers and crew members to assist with raking, shovelling, site preparation, compaction, traffic awareness, clean-up, and general asphalt work.

Duties May Include

• Asphalt paving, patching, driveways, carparks, and roadworks

• Operating paver, skid steer/Bobcat, roller, tipper, or other civil equipment

• Assisting with asphalt placement, raking, shovelling, and compaction

• Site preparation, clean-up, and material handling

• Working safely around plant, machinery, trucks, and traffic control

• Following supervisor instructions and company procedures

• Maintaining a clean and safe worksite

• Completing daily job tasks on time and to a high standard

To Be Successful, You Will Need

• Experience in asphalt, civil construction, roadworks, or similar work

• Strong work ethic and reliable attendance

• Ability to work in a team environment

• Good communication skills

• Willingness to work early starts and occasional overtime when required

• White Card required

• Relevant licence or tickets for operator/driver roles

• HR/MR licence preferred for truck driver positions

• Excavator, roller, skid steer, or plant tickets will be highly regarded
