Our client is a highly regarded and established real estate group with a strong presence across Brisbane and a reputation for delivering exceptional service and outstanding results.

With continued growth across Queensland, they are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead their marketing function and oversee a small marketing team based in their Newstead head office. 

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced marketing professional to take ownership of the Queensland marketing strategy while remaining hands-on across brand, digital, social media and property marketing.

The Role

Reporting into senior leadership, this role will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day marketing operations while also contributing to the broader Queensland brand and growth strategy.

You will lead a small marketing team and work closely with sales agents and senior stakeholders to ensure the brand is consistently represented across all channels.

This is a varied and hands-on position that combines people leadership, creative design, marketing operations, social media and strategic brand development.

This role will include -

• Leading and supporting a small Property Marketing team
• Overseeing property marketing collateral and ensuring materials are delivered within agreed timeframes
• Ensuring all marketing activity complies with brand guidelines and maintains a consistent brand identity
• Managing graphic design projects across the business and supporting individual sales agents
• Monitoring marketing workflows and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and service delivery
• Managing agent marketing incentive budgets
• Maintaining and auditing digital and print marketing assets
• Managing the company's social media presence across relevant platforms
• Creating and scheduling engaging content including graphics, video, photography and written content
• Developing and maintaining a social media content calendar
• Monitoring social media performance and providing insights and recommendations
• Working with senior leadership to develop and execute the Queensland brand strategy
• Designing and producing company-level marketing collateral
• Managing sponsorships, community events and brand profiling opportunities

About You

In order to be successful in this role, you will be an experienced marketing professional who is creative, organised and commercially minded, with the ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

Previous experience within a real estate agency is highly desirable, however we are open to strong marketing professionals with transferable experience across other industries.

You will also require -

• Formal qualifications in Marketing, Graphic Design or a related field
• Previous experience in a marketing role, ideally within real estate
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator
• Strong Canva and digital marketing platform experience
• Excellent organisational and project management skills
• Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
• Strong creative and design capabilities
