Marketing Manager

Harcourts Solutions is searching for a Marketing Manager to take ownership of marketing delivery across one of Brisbane's most successful and fastest-growing real estate groups - with genuine scope for growth.

Working across Sales, Property Management, Recruitment, and Vision Money, you'll turn strategy into action - building campaign plans, coordinating delivery and keeping teams aligned from brief through to launch.

We're looking for a highly organised problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced environments, brings structure to complexity, and takes real pride in how great marketing gets delivered.

About the Opportunity

As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the following key outcomes:

•     Own the operational delivery of marketing campaigns and projects, coordinating timelines, requests, and deliverables across the business.

•     Manage the day-to-day flow of marketing collateral, design, videography, print, digital and social media

•     Monitor and report on digital campaign performance, flagging issues and opportunities as they arise.

•     Partner with agents and business leaders to ensure marketing plans are executed on time and communicated clearly.

•     Liaise with external suppliers, agencies, and contractors to keep projects moving.

•     Work across the entire business: Sales, Property Management, Recruitment, and Vision Money.

About You

•     Proven experience in Marketing Operations, Campaign Operations, Project Management, or a similar senior coordination role.

•     A track record of managing multiple campaigns and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment, with strong stakeholder management skills.

•     Confident coordinating timelines and cross-functional dependencies, with a collaborative approach and the confidence to challenge and influence when needed.

•     Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines under minimal supervision.

•     Proficient in Facebook Ad Manager, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, and project management tools such as ClickUp.

•     Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

•     A keen interest in content marketing for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and TikTok.

•     Driven and passionate about marketing, with a creative flair.
