We're on the lookout for a friendly and proactive Junior Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients and contribute to our vibrant office environment!

 What You’ll Be Doing:

• Welcoming clients with a friendly smile and providing outstanding service

• Managing the switchboard, directing calls efficiently and professionally

• Handling incoming and outgoing mail with attention to detail

• Keeping the reception area looking tidy and presentable

• Providing administrative support and contributing to various office tasks

• ASIC Annual Reviews & Follow up

• Managing Trust Account Transactions

 What We're Looking For:

• Strong communication skills and a passion for providing exceptional client care

• Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) at an intermediate to advanced level

• Organized, detail-oriented and able to thrive under pressure

• A natural problem-solver who takes initiative

• A team player with a good attitude who enjoys working with others

• Someone who is looking to grow and learn and make this role their own

• Friendly and helpful demeanor
