Key ResponsibilitiesConduct property inspections and inspect building damagePrepare detailed scopes of works, reports and quotationsManage insurance repair projects from commencement through to completionPrepare work orders and coordinate subcontractors and suppliersOrder materials and schedule project activitiesMonitor project timelines, budgets and quality of workmanshipLiaise professionally with clients, insurers and subcontractorsEnsure compliance with client KPIs, service level agreements (SLAs) and company proceduresMaintain a strong commitment to workplace health and safety About YouTo be successful in this role, you will have:A minimum of 5 years' experience within the building industryCertificate IV in Building & Construction (completed or currently studying)Excellent organisational and time management skillsStrong communication and customer service abilitiesThe ability to work independently while managing multiple projectsSound computer skills and attention to detailExcellent problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesA professional, positive and proactive approachCommitment to safety, compliance and quality workmanshipA current Australian Driver Licence Why You'll Love Working HereAt Prime Building Australia, our people are our greatest asset.
