We are seeking an experienced Building Supervisor to oversee residential projects and insurance claims across Brisbane and surrounding areas.

As a key member of our team, you’ll manage multiple projects, ensuring a high level of service and quality is achieved. You’ll work closely with clients, subcontractors, and internal staff to deliver high-quality repairs on time and within budget.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Interpreting scopes of work, specialist reports, and building plans

• Managing budgets and forecasting project costs

• Coordinating multiple repair jobs simultaneously

• Communicating effectively with all stakeholders

• Ensuring compliance with ethical, safety, and quality standards

• Using computer-based systems for documentation and reporting

We’re looking for someone who’s confident, well-organised, and committed to delivering top-tier service.

You will have:

• Strong construction knowledge (trade background highly regarded)

• Proven experience supervising repair or construction projects

• A QBCC Supervisor Licence, or be eligible to hold one

• A valid Queensland Driver’s Licence

• Great communication and stakeholder management skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital systems

• Flexibility to assist with emergency event responses (occasional travel)

• A professional manner, strong work ethic, and team-oriented mindset
