Head of Operations

Auzbright is seeking an experienced, proactive, and hands-on Operations Manager to lead and support the growing operational requirements of our Melbourne office. The Operations Manager will be responsible for ensuring that day-to-day operations run efficiently, jobs progress within agreed timelines, resources are appropriately coordinated, and all operational and compliance requirements are consistently met. This is a high-ownership leadership position requiring strong organisational skills, commercial awareness, sound judgement, and the ability to proactively identify issues and drive solutions. The successful candidate should have prior working knowledge of the Victorian Energy Upgrades (VEU) Program, as well as solar and battery installation processes involving relevant Victorian and Australian Government rebates and incentive programs.
